SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING

We always aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of your order (Mon-Fri) to the address supplied when placing an order

For items printed on demand, order processing takes between 3-5 working days

We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods this may cause
UK DELIVERY (EXCLUDES NORTHERN IRELAND)

UK orders with free delivery are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class service (untracked) which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate

If you need your order in a rush, a paid upgrade to 1st Class (1-2 days) is possible during checkout

We ship globally to all destinations serviced by Royal Mail

EU + NORTHERN IRELAND CUSTOMERS DECEMBER 2024 UPDATE: Due to new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) requirements coming into effect on 13th of December, we are pausing all sales to EU and NI given the complexity and cost in conforming with the guidelines until clearer guidance is available.

To all our EU customers, please be aware that, from July 1st 2021, you may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee on your order. We are not liable for any of these duties. These charges will vary depending on your country and depending on the value of the items you ordered.

Shipping fees are calculated based on value and weight of order during checkout

International delivery may take up to 2 weeks or longer during busy periods

LOST ITEMS
Should your order become lost in the postal system, then you will need to wait up to 21 working days from the date your order was dispatched before we can issue replacements or refund a missing order.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to deliver goods where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
We will not be held liable for any duties, taxes or any other payments incurred in relation to the importation of its goods to another country. All such costs will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS

We would love for you to be happy with our products! When that isn't the case, we offer a 30 day returns policy. This returns policy applies to customers in England, Wales and Scotland, and does not affect your statutory rights.
If you need to return goods to Betiobca then the following conditions must apply:

we should receive the returned product within 30 days of the date of purchase

the returned item is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached)

you follow the returns procedure below
In order to request a refund, please email hello@betiobca.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your request is approved, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment within a few days.

This policy doesn't apply to products made to your specification, such as handwritten cards.

FAULTY/MISSING ITEMS

If the item you received is faulty, or different to what you have originally ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the items and we will send a refund or replacement.

EXCHANGES
​
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please email us at hello@betiobca.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
